The Boulevardier is a drink that draws your eye without even trying. If you enjoy slow sipping strong cocktails, you can’t go wrong with a Boulevardier. It’s basically a Negroni but substitutes bourbon for gin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 OZ (30ML) BOURBON

  • 1 OZ (30ML) CAMPARI

  • 1 OZ (30ML) SWEET VERMOUTH

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A MIXING GLASS AND STIR WITH ICE UNTIL COLD.

  2. STRAIN INTO A ROCKS GLASS OVER FRESH ICE.

  3. GARNISH.
