INGREDIENTS

  • SMOKED ROSEMARY

  • 2 OZ (60ML) BOURBON

  • 0.25 OZ (7.5ML) SWEET VERMOUTH

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) AVERNA AMARO

  • 2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS

  • 1 DASH ORANGE BITTERS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. TORCH A SPRIG OF ROSEMARY AND COVER IT WITH YOUR GLASS ONCE IT’S FLAMING.

  2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS TO A MIXING GLASS AND STIR WITH ICE UNTIL COLD.

  3. STRAIN INTO SMOKED GLASS.

  4. ADD A SPRIG OF ROSEMARY AND PLACE A LARGE ICE CUBE ON TOP.

  5. EXPRESS A GRAPEFRUIT PEEL OVER THE GLASS AND GARNISH.
