INGREDIENTS

  • 1 OZ (30ML) ROCKEY’S MILK PUNCH

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) APEROL

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) ST. GERMAINE

  • 1 OZ (30ML) LIME JUICE

  • SPLASH OF CLUB SODA

  • ORANGE WHEEL

  • MINT

  • BERRIES

  • MOËT CHANDON SPLIT BOTTLE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE MINI BOTTLE TO A WINE GLASS WITHOUT ICE.

  2. FILL THE GLASS TO THE TOP WITH ICE, LEAVING VERY LITTLE ROOM FOR THE MINI CHAMPAGNE BOTTLE TO REST AT THE TOP.

  3. STICK THE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE IN QUICKLY, THE EDGE OF THE GLASS AND THE ICE SHOULD PROP THE BOTTLE AT AN ANGLE, DO NOT PUT BOTTLE STRAIGHT DOWN INTO THE GLASS.

  4. STICK A SPRIG OF ROSEMARY INTO THE GLASS AND TORCH THE END.

  5. SERVE.
