INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 OZ (44ML) JALAPEÑO INFUSED TEQUILA

  • 0.75 OZ (22ML) LIME JUICE

  • 0.75 OZ (22ML) CYNAR

  • 0.75 OZ (22ML) AGAVE SYRUP

  • 1/3 BAR SPOON OF ACTIVATED CHARCOAL

  • MUDDLED BELL PEPPER (YELLOW, ORANGE, OR GREEN)

  • 1 EGG WHITE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. CREATE A TAJIN “LICK” ON SIDE OF GLASS. SET TO THE SIDE.
  2. MUDDLE THE BELL PEPPER WITH AGAVE AND LIME JUICE IN A SHAKER.

  3. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS AND DRY SHAKE VIGOROUSLY.

  4. ADD ICE AND SHAKE AGAIN.

  5. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A PREPARED ROCKS GLASS OVER A LARGE CUBE.

  6. GARNISH WITH BLACK PEPPER.
