INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 OZ (45ML) WHITE RUM

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) ORANGE CURACAO

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) LIME JUICE

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) ORGEAT SYRUP

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) DARK RUM (TO FLOAT)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS MINUS THE DARK RUM TO A SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  2. STRAIN INTO A GLASS OVER CRUSHED ICE.

  3. FLOAT THE DARK RUM ON TOP.

  4. GARNISH.
