INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 OZ (45ML) WHITE RUM

  • 1 OZ (30ML) SIMPLE SYRUP

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) LIME JUICE

  • 6 MINT LEAVES

  • 2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS

  • CHAMPAGNE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MUDDLE THE MINT WITH LIME JUICE AND SYRUP IN A SHAKER.

  2. ADD BITTERS AND RUM AND THEN SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  3. STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS.

  4. TOP WITH CHAMPAGNE.

  5. GARNISH.
