OREO ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 OZ (45ML) OREO INFUSED VODKA

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) CREMÉ DE CACAO

  • 1 OZ (30ML) ESPRESSO

  • 3 OZ (90ML) WHIPPED CREAM

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) MILK

INSTRUCTION

  1. ADD OREO VODKA, CREMÉ DE CACAO, AND ESPRESSO TO A SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  2. STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS.

  3. ADD WHIPPED CREAM AND MILK TO A MIXING GLASS (OR DIRTY SHAKER EMPTIED OF ICE) AND STIR UNTIL IT IS SMOOTH AND SLIGHTLY LIQUIDY.

  4. SPOON IT ONTO THE TOP OF THE COCKTAIL, SLOWLY AND FROM VERY CLOSE RANGE SO IT FLOATS ON TOP.

  5. GARNISH IT BY SPREADING THE CRUMBLE ON TOP OF THE COCKTAIL. YOU CAN COVER THE ENTIRE TOP OR CREATE A PATTERN.

  6. SERVE.
