PEACHES N' CREME

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 SLICES OF WHITE PEACH

  • 1.5 OZ (45ML) PEACH NECTAR

  • 1.5 OZ (45ML) PEACH VODKA

  • 1 OZ (30ML) IRISH CREAM (LIKE BAILEY’S)

  • DROP OF AGAVE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MUDDLE PEACHES IN A SHAKER WITH AGAVE.

  2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS TO THE SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  3. FINE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS.

  4. GARNISH.

NOTE

  • YOU CAN REPLACE THE PEACH NECTAR AND MUDDLED PEACHES WITH A PEACH PUREÉ, TYPICALLY TASTES BETTER IF MADE WITH REAL PEACHES. TRY BLENDING PEACHES WITH PEACH NECTAR TO MAKE A GREAT PUREÉ.
