PENICILLIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ (60ML) BLENDED SCOTCH

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) LEMON JUICE

  • 0.75 OZ (22.5ML) HONEY SYRUP*

  • 2 SLICES OF RAW GINGER

  • 0.25 OZ (7.5ML) SINGLE MALT SCOTCH

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MUDDLE GINGER AND HONEY SYRUP IN A SHAKER.

  2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS MINUS THE SINGLE MALT SCOTCH AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  3. STRAIN INTO A ROCKS GLASS OVER FRESH ICE.

  4. FLOAT THE SINGLE MALT ON TOP

  5. GARNISH.
