SHINJU MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ (60ML) SHINJU JAPANESE WHISKEY

  • 1 BAR SPOON MATCHA POWDER

  • 2 BAR SPOONS SUGAR

  • 5 OZ (150ML) ALMOND MILK

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. STEAM THE ALMOND MILK AND ADD TO A MIXING GLASS OR MATCHA BOWL.

  2. SIFT IN A BAR SPOON OF MATCHA POWDER USING A FINE STRAINER.

  3. ADD TWO SCOOPS OF SUGAR AND WHISK UNTIL FROTHY.

  4. WHILE WHISKING, ADD THE WHISKEY.

  5. TO ICE, POUR COCKTAIL INTO A SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  6. STRAIN INTO PREFERRED GLASS.

  7. SERVE

THE LAZY WAY

  1. ADD EVERYTHING TO A SHAKER AND SHAKE WITHOUT ICE.

  2. ONCE COMBINED AND FROTHY, ADD ICE AND SHAKE AGAIN.

  3. STRAIN INTO PREFERRED GLASS.

  4. SERVE.
