Summary

A sweet and very Kpop-esque cocktail that I made for a collab event between my old restaurant and samwon garden. The first Korean BBQ restaurant in Korea!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 OZ (60ML) YAKULT YOGURT BEVERAGE

  • 2 OZ (45ML) LYCHEE CALPICO

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) LIME JUICE

  • 1 OZ (22.5ML) CITRON VODKA

  • 2 OZ (60ML) GRAPE SOJU

  • SPLASH OF GRENADINE

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  2. STRAIN INTO SNIFTER GLASS OVER FRESH ICE.

  3. GARNISH BY PLACING COTTON CANDY ON TOP OF GLASS, NOT LETTING IT TOUCH DRINK.
