TOKYO SMOKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 OZ (60ML) SHINJU JAPANESE WHISKY

  • 1 OZ (30ML) CYNAR

  • 1 OZ (30ML) ANCHO REYES

  • 0.5OZ (22.5ML) FUJI APPLE CINNAMON SYRUP*

  • 2 DASHES TOASTED ALMOND BITTERS

  • CEDAR CHIPS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. TORCH A FEW CEDAR CHIPS AND SMOKE ROCKS GLASS OVER THE CHIPS.

  2. WHILE GLASS IS SMOKING, BUILD YOUR COCKTAIL.

  3. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A MIXING GLASS, ADD ICE, AND STIR 33 TIMES.

  4. TAKE SMOKED GLASS, PLACE LARGE ICE CUBE, STRAIN COCKTAIL OVER ICE.

  5. GARNISH WITH APPLE SLICE AND BURNT CINNAMON STICK.
