INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 BLUEBERRIES

  • 4 BASIL LEAVES

  • 1 OZ (30ML) AVERNA AMARO

  • 1 OZ (30ML) CYNAR

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) AGAVE SYRUP

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) LIME JUICE

  • PROSECCO

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MUDDLE BASIL AND BLUEBERRIES SOFTLY IN LIME JUICE AND AGAVE.

  2. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS MINUS PROSECCO AND SHAKE WELL WITH ICE.

  3. FINE STRAIN INTO HIGHBALL GLASS AND THEN ADD PROSECCO.

  4. ADD ICE.

  5. GARNISH WITH SLAPPED MINT SPRIG AND SERVE.
