INGREDIENTS

  • 2 OZ (60ML) BOURBON

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) AMARETTO

  • 0.5 OZ (15ML) HEAVY CREAM

  • 1 WHOLE EGG

  • 1 BAR SPOON SUGAR

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A SHAKER AND DRY SHAKE UNTIL FROTHY.

  2. ADD ICE AND THEN SHAKE WELL AGAIN.

  3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS.

  4. GARNISH.
